   I've only been able to attend the tournament that was held in December, and special characters weren't allowed. I was curious if this is the norm for tournaments, or was it only because the tournament was originally going to be battle missions?

4. Bring 'em! Special Characters are (almost) always allowed. As noted, we had planned on running Battle Missions at the December tourney.
